The ACTING OUT Theater Company has made THE STAGE - 60 Island Street in Lawrence (next door to the Essex Art Center) its home for the past four years and has produced more than a dozen shows in that time. The mission of ACTING OUT Theater Company is to provide a safe, supportive, friendly environment for people to perform and be involved in community theater, while meeting new friends and helping revitalize the city of Lawrence with new patrons. Many performers in our shows have little or no experience on the stage, which is what makes our performances that much more rewarding and exciting to be a part of!
ACTING OUT Theater Company also offers children's classes, school enrichment programs, birthday parties and customized performances for various family or corporate functions.
